Ok I see what you are saying, I think those are in the ped model so apart from going through every ped it'll not be possible for the mod to load them.

GTA 5 Mods has a lot of hair styles, use Femalemods to add them into the game. Make sure you change the number starting with 000 and going up

Phoenixbursche reacted to cherryaerie in Suggestion of new "content" for LSPD:FRCorrect me if I am wrong, though I am sure LSPDFR uses the hairstyles GTA:O provides. If you want more, I'd suggest visiting GTA5-Mods hair selection and using MP clothes to add the hair to your game.

Make the Online weapons available for purchase at the gunstores - or make them equipable at the police stations.
