    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello! I'm new to the modding world so this will be my first ever published mod!
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The idea of this mod is to add realism to the weapons/fire arms in GTA IV and
assist your duty as a police officer (LCPD:FR).

    FEATURS:
    1. "Pistol" (Glock22) Now is a 1 shot kill if some one is hit in the chest/head.
    2-3 shots for extremity hits.

    2. "DEAGLE" (Desert eagle) Now does what It was originaly made to do witch is
stop cars by putting 1 bullet in the engine block. Also a 1 shot kill.

    3. "M4" (m4a1 rifle) Shoots at a faster more realistic rate of fire, 1 shot kill.

    4. Added caliber size, a "caliber" is the width of the bullet, The bigger the
bullet the more knock down power it has, For example, a .45 calliber can take down
a bull with about 2 rounds, Very big round not fun to shoot either, hurts your
    hand from re-coil

    5. Both pistols can shoot faster now, you dont have to wait 1.4 seconds beetween
    shots any more.

    6. Police baton (bat) Does far less damage than id does by default.

    7. Thrown weapons such as rocks, bricks, bottels ect... do more damage (0.5% more).

    8. -Soon to come- (If you would like a custom version of this mod please PM me on the www.lcpdfr.com forums.
