    First off I am new here and I am not 100% sure whether this is in the right section. I just have a few questions to ask about lcpdfr: 1.) Will the steam version of gta IV work (I am downloading atm and it will also have eflc) with this or any mod? 2.) Do I need to complete the game before I can use the mod? If not will it affect my game progress or the ability to complete the game? Thanks for your time Dave
