Is there a download of LSPDFR 4.6 available anymore? I'd like to downgrade to maintain compatibility.

I have been watching Albo's series on YouTube which demonstrates how to use MODDING DLC. I have followed everything step by step without error. Everything seemed to go smoothly and I can see the installed vehicle files in Open IV although when I load into the game and try to spawn one of them it is just the vanilla default vehicles. I am so confused as to why this is happening and any help you guys can give would be very very much appreciated.

 
*I do not know if this is connected to another issue I am having with the OPENIV.ASI. In tools>asi manager it says that the files need to be updated.  I update and then close out but it does not work. evertime I open the ASI manager it still says it needs to be updated... very confused.

hey does anybody no how to fix when going on duty the game gives me a black screen an its like the game closed out cause it wouldn't let click anything but il see the bottomtool box then it close to the main desktop or I would have to restart my computer I was reading ifi have any 0.3 plugins that its usually the issue so I got rid of any old plugin leaving just plugins up too date which is like9 that's it I reinstalled lspdfr0.44 an RPH an even SHV but still having the same issue any help would be appreciated.

Yep it's stuck on this too for me as well

@gscems24Ok thanks I'll give that a go. It's frustrating, it was working perfectly well before the GTAV update. I've tried redownloading LSPDFR, but that didn't work unfortunately. 

ya know, this mod would be so much better if the the plugins listed in essential mods were updated to work with this version

There's just so much that should've been included in the first place and i only started playing last week. 

I spent more time restarting the game than trying to learn how to play the mod. I can load into it, i have responded to callouts and arrested perps like I was Judge Dredd. The game is playable, but it's bland without these plugins

does anyone  know why ragepluginhook wont load after being updated. It wont go pass this screen
