  1. Hey there! Thanks for viewing my file, this is the first ever livery I have uploaded to LSPDFR, however I have been making liveries for quite some time. If you have any feedback, I'd love to see it! Feel free to leave a comment on the file!

    INSTALLATION:
        - Make sure OpenIV is open
        - Enable edit mode
        - Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday26ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
(Patchday file may different depending on your GTA version)
        - Scroll down to one of the texture files for the three police vehicles (police.ytd , police2.ytd , police3.ytd)
        - Double left click on your selected .ytd file, or right click and click "Open"
        - Once you have the texture dictionary open, simply go to your file manager and drag one of the associated files into the texture dictionary, it should automatically replace.
NOTE THAT THE 2021 EXPLORER HAS TWO DIFFERENT ORIGINAL LIVERIES, BE SURE TO REMOVE THE SECOND ONE OTHERWISE YOU'LL SEE INGAME SOMETIMES
