    I'm not sure how you could do this with the normal LSPDFR backup, but, if you have Ultimate Backup installed you can set your backup's spawn distance in the .ini file (the line in the .ini is "// The default distance your backup will spawn as starting point. The higher the distance value, the longer they will arrive
    BackupSpawnDistance=100").

    I haven't tried this but maybe raise that number to 300, if that's not enough, keep raising it until you're happy. I have no idea how high you can actually make that number. In any case, if you do try this, please report back. I'm curious.

    I'd like to say thank you as well.
    When I was younger (5 - 12) all I wanted a game like GTA SA except you play as a cop. My mom took my to gamestop and Game Pebbler, and there was no such thing. When I discovered this a few years ago I lost my mind. I also love coding but I only knew Java and I didn't play Minecraft anymore so I decided to do it here and it's a lot of fun. I am impressed by the mods that come on here, they have gotten so advanced.

    Big 👍 to these folks and to YOU @Swat30 for starting this thread. I'm relatively new to LSPDFR and if it wasn't for the modders I don't know how long I'd last. Cudos to the LSPDFR gang for putting the base work down and the modders for building on a great idea!

Making a bad guy type of a game into a good guy type of a game and never making it boring. Only if Rockstar allow this to go online so we all can Play together.

    no worries^^ D:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lspdpack\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\lspdpack.rpf\ is the location where the .ytd and .yft files go,
      carvariation.meta goes here: D:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lspdpack\dlc.rpf\common\data
    and the Vehicle.meta needs to be put in here: D:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lspdpack\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
    Hope that helps you out a bit mane 😄

    I'm still not adept enough to know exactly which files go where. I'll back up my LSPDFR/GTA and give it a whirl, thank you! 😎👍

    The lightbar will not function as intended (or at all) and will probably have random lights lit. I'm not familiar with the intricacies of ELS-V versus ELS-IV as I've only used the latter, but if the *.meta files are set correctly, then the sirens should work properly.

    But yes, the vehicles themselves will be perfectly drivable and usable in patrols and such.

    Welcome to LSPDFR! There is no way to know whether your currently installed plugins have been updated, but here on the site you can choose to follow a mod and will then receive notifications when it has been updated. In addition, some plugins will notify you in-game about new updates.
