    He has the same EUP set up for 8.3 .. Go to the top of the page and click on his "find their other files" and it'll bring up everything he has made.

    Not to my knowledge. It is a fresh install. Completely erased the GTA5 Folder out of his computer and everything so I don't think he does.

    This is for a friend.. Rage Plugin will launch normally, but when it says, "Launching Game via Steam" it will NOT go any further. GTA5 will launch perfectly fine, but RPH will be stuck on this loading screen. Fresh install, even did the automatic install and it's still having this issue. Does anybody know what could cause this issue and how to fix it? It would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

    All but 2 plugins are not working, the only 2 that are working are CompuLite, and Custom Pullover. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? I've made sure to place them in the right directory, (GTA5>plugins>LSPDFR) and still nothing works.

    For the FiveM Resource, you need to make a Carcols.meta file. There isn't one in the folder, unless I'm missing something? Please help!
