    LCPDFR.com does not control the rights of other users' work, other than author's granting permission for us to host those works per our Terms of Service (which is necessary for the site to work).
     
    Unless they have explicitly mentioned you can use it commercially, or have explicitly licensed it in a fashion where you could (for example, some open licenses), you should assume that the work is by default copyrighted by the owner, and you should contact them to establish whether they would like you to use their work in such fashion, and what terms they would set on that.

    Cryptic Strolski got a reaction from Sacrificed in LSPDFR double crashed during vanilla callout   
    @LMS it was initially a robbery suspect, then when I pulled them over and attempted a plate check with smart radio, I pressed A to activate the plate check from my vehicle and it canceled the stop at the same time it checked the plates(Keybind conflict issue). So I re-pulled them over and got out and began asking for id's did a ped check on driver and he was wanted, asked him to step out of the vehicle and as he did, double crash(LSPDFR crashed twice in the same second, game continued running).
