    LSPDFR wasn´t install on a clean  GTA-5 instal. You should reinstall GTA 5, then LSPDFR and then RPH.

    Please post a screenshot of your GTA-folder.
    Also  got to the plugins-folder, right clikc on the LSPDFR.dll and go to properties. Make a screenshot of the details-tab, too.
