Hello Welcome to my New Jersey State Pack!
I really enjoyed making this and I think you'll Love It!
 
This comes with a FPIU, Tahoe, Taurus, and CVPI which I forgot to spawn in to take pictures because I was rushing to have this Project out LOL.

Nothing really, just 3 Woodville police cars.  This car pack has a, Tahoe, Charger, and CVPI

Installation:
1. Backup your files.
2. Copy content to the game main directory.

COMPILATION CONTAINS:
- all vehicles in one file (for simple installation)
- configuration files to make cars physics realistic
- configuration files to make traffic realistic
Cars features:
- main vehicles.img size is just 232MB (prevents taxi bug)
- most of the cars are replaced by same (original) model or similar
- only cars that are/were sold on the US market
- most of the cars are stock version
- handling.dat made to be realistic, very detailed
- no buggy/awful cars
- over 90 cars
Traffic features:
- supercars appear very rarely on the streets 
- traffic is now more time and location adjusted
- traffic looks more realistic

Troubleshooting:
1) TAXI BUG
If you notice there are too many taxis, make sure the TrafficControlSystem works (by pressing ~ ingame). Then you should have reasonable mix of cars appearing on the streets by setting vehicle density below 30 ingame. 
However, you may also replace taxi.wft,taxi.wtd and police.wft,police.wft with the original files (using Spark tool) to add extra traffic variety.
2) GAME CRASH - SMPA
This bug is caused because of cars saved near the safehouse and then replaced by another model. To avoid it, start new game OR load your savegame and remove the cars parked near the safehouse, save and restart the game.
3) SLOW TEXTURE LOADING
This problem might be caused when ingame trainers - car spawners are used heaviely. To avoid it restart the game and do not use car spawners.
