Hello there! I seem to be having troubles looking for this specific piece of pants in the EUP folder to export and edit to my liking... the photo of the pants is attached below. Also for the future if there is any way or method that makes it easy to locate a certain piece of clothing let me know! I'll be checking in periodically for any responses but if you do leave a response I greatly appreciate it.  
 
Also if it helps it is item 123 I believe in the pants category.

Stop the Ped feature is double tap E key near ped.  That will open a questioning menu that you can arrest someone.

Left Control + T will grab the ped.  Yes only T will cause you to maybe pistol whip someone so use the modifier key.
 
If you hold E key for about 2 seconds, you will interact with them again, rather it be with LSPDFR or simply getting their attention again with STP

If they are in active pursuit where your map is flashing, the only way to get them to respond is by gunpoint/taser point and either holding down E key or double tapping E key to arrest.

Remember to change your interact key on traffic stops in the keys.ini file in  your lspdfr folder in main game directory.

Sometimes when a pursuit is over the AI Cops turn their lights off but i still hear the siren noise coming from their car and when i get in their car and try to turn the siren off nothing happens and even if their car is completely broken or exploded i still hear the siren.
 
Its definitely a ELS bug.
I really have no idea how i can fix this bug so can anyone help me ?

Hey everyone I have been trying to google this issue before but I can not find any one with the similar problem I am facing the problem I am having is with ai police in purist leave there siren on after they get out of there car I even got into there car and try flicking the lights on and off but nothing is working I have even tried checking the confing in els and ub but nothing in there suggest a fix for this issue.

Ok so for anyone searching for a fix to this issue, you have to have to go to command line txt in your main game directory and remove the -scOfflineonly. That should fix your issue. The reason why your decals are not showing is because your launching your rockstar games launcher in offline mode. 

Alright, Everytime I attempt to change the decals of a EUP uniform nothing pops up on my screen, there's no change. But when I look in a mirror in let's say the Metro PD locker room, I can see the change that I made. This also goes for some other categories that I have tried to change. I've uninstalled EUP multiple times and it still occurs. 

I was bamboozled by the same thing, but there is a solution. There is an *.asi mod called "CharacterSwap" which allows you to swap model-hashes so that you can interact with the world as if you were one of the main characters. So you're basically committing identity theft and use one of their bank accounts, but hey 😉
