  1. Based off what you have posted, you're more than likely going to want to look into upgrades or spec'ing out an entirely new machine. I can't say much about your CPU, your RAM is probably DDR3 which can still be serviceable, a 1TB HDD is fine for storage but I would recommend an SSD for your operating system separate from everything else and that GPU is 10 years old sooo .. .yeah take that as you will. I can't speak for sure on performance but I can't imagine it would be very good. I'm certain it would run at 1080p but you're going to have to make graphical concessions to achieve a serviceable frame rate. Here is what I recommend. Determine what you expect performance wise when running the game (FPS and resolution), determine a budget for yourself whether you choose to upgrade or start from scratch and research, research and then research some more! You're gonna have to do a lot of the work yourself but there are plenty of people willing to help along the way! There are so many resources out there for you to learn from. I am privy to PCPartPicker myself and built my first system using their tools and community.
  2. I would recommend going through and making sure each of your plugins is up to date and compatible with 0.4. This post will give you an idea of what is working right now with 0.4.
  3. Could be an issue with old plugins for 0.3. Make sure all your plugins are updated and if that still doesn't work, try removing all of them to see if that fixes it.
  4. Pressing scroll lock (by default) will disable all input commands for ELS and will allow you to navigate the menus without that happening. Just don't forgot to press it again to unlock it!
  5. What exactly isn't working for you? That could help narrow it down. Here are a few things I can think of. 1) It could be an issue with the naming of the files. Make sure to change only where name slot of vehicle is mentioned. For example .. change "police3_hi.ytf" to "fbi2_hi.ytf" 2) Make sure the files are placed in the correct patch day folder as instructed in the documentation for the specific vehicle 3) If the issue is with ELS lighting, make sure the included XML files are placed where they need to be.
