I was hopeful that this would work for me. I have been having this problem for about a week now. I am able to get into the game no problem no crashes just cant use ANY F keys work. I tried as above and it still is not working. to be honest I am getting extremely frustrated the first time in years am I tempted just to give up on LSPDFR Any extra ideas?
 
 
Update: I figured it out, it ended up being my ergonomic keyboard in certain programs ( and games apparently) the F keys stop working. It is a known issue with that type of keyboard.  Went back to my old keyboard and it works fine
