  3. 1. Open up OpenIV (select GTA5, all of that) 2. When you open it up, there should be a green bar at the top asking if you want to copy the newest update.rpf to the mod folder (it's asking you to do this since the last update rendered the old update.rpf outdated) 3. Select "copy the newest update.rpf to the mods folder" That's it, LSPDFR/RPH should work! However, like I said, anything you modified in the update.rpf folder will have to be re-installed. This includes any graphical mods, any .meta edits, etc.
  4. Before the new update, I had played LSPDFR with MVGA and VisualV. It ran at around 50-60 FPS with very little trouble Obviously with the new update, I had to re-install my update.rpf folder, which basically reset any graphical modifications to vanilla. I re-installed MVGA/VisualV, and went into the game to test it out. Everything was perfectly fine, no lag or anything. I exited the game because of a glitch with the CVPI taillights, hoping that rejoining would help. When I rejoined, I noticed that there was a severe amount of lag. I was at 40FPS with constant frame freezes. When I went to go on duty, where it would normally take me only around 20-30 seconds to load all the plugins and go on duty, it took me a full minute. I would freeze for almost 20 seconds at a time. Yesterday I was trying all sorts of things. Even uninstalling VisualV/MVGA didn't work. I also rebooted my computer multiple times. Now when I try to join, LSPDFR won't even load anymore. It crashes about 10 seconds into the "Loading LSPDFR" screen with the notice "LSPDFR has been terminated because it caused the game to freeze". (added my log since I would probably be asked for it. FYI I did manually reload it using the Console after it crashed in the "Loading LSPDFR" screen) (bottom one was after selecting a vehicle in the garage right before going on duty) RagePluginHook.log RagePluginHook.log
  5. i had this issue. it might be you having to make a brand new update.rpf in your mods folder in OpenIV. it will ask you when you start up if you want to replace the update.rpf folder. however, you will lose anything that was in update.rpf
  6. quite lovely seeing someone has finally made a traditional leather belt setup rather than making a thousand nylon belts. wish you had a basketweave version, but no complaints otherwise. belt's beautiful
