Pretty much title. I'm connected with sync and my character is shown, but there is never any activity on my character even though I did multiple things yesterday. Time is correct. Don't know what's going on with that.

Thing is, that the fps only seems to drop a lot when pulling someone over, or when one of those 'special' (I guess) pursuits are going on. (when they take weird and special routes to shake the cops.) Might be just by me though, Idk.

Don't have the best pc: just normal without any mods: 60-65 fps. But with LSPDFR, especially when in a pursuit: really dips down to 25 fps sometimes (in the city) and in BC about 40-35. 1050 Ti but with a crappy i7 870...

any idea why I can't blip vehicles by pressing left shift?

There is no support page afaik, so I'll post here I suppose. (first time btw) So how do I put suspects in a police vehicle after they got arrested? Also, even if I have arrested someone, prisoner transport says it's not able to transport anyone because it doesn't detect arrested peds. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
