Descriptions:
This mini-pack contains 10 2003-2011 Crown Victoria's based on the LAPD.
More cars will be added in the future.
 
The base model was newly converted from Forza Horizon3 for this project. The entire model has about 72k polygons and has been optimized lods etc.
The mod uses ELS and carcols to make the lighting as realistic as possible.
 
I believe I researched much of the LAPD's equipment while working on this vehicle, but there are still some inaccuracies.
If you have any reports or suggestions, please use the comments section or DM me in Discord instead of the review section.

Known Bugs:
-If the car is heavily deformed, the emissives may cause clipping.
Currently, there is no known way to fix this.
This is a potential problem for all vehicles that have lighting patterns configured in carcols.
 
Installation:
 
ADDON
1. Add "lapdcvpi1" folder(in dlcpacks) to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Add "<Item>dlcpacks:/lapdcvpi1/</Item>" to dlclist.xml
3.Add all vcf files(xml) to Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
4. Input the model file name in the game to spawn

If you want to use it as a replacement, please edit the files and install it yourself.
 
This mod uses high quality textures, so it may cause some performance issues.
It is recommended to delete XX+hi.ytd if you experience any frame rate drops.

If you have installed a lights corona removal mod ( such as NVE ), the headlight strobe may not function properly. In this case, replace the corona texture in the mods\update.rpf\x64\textures with the vanilla one(This mod has been tested with NVE ( Fixed corona ), VisualV and QuantV.)

Whats up everybody, Got another Vehicle for you all, Its a Lambo Urus!! Dont think ive ever seen one released yet so here yall go!! I made this yesterday as a sleek looking slicktop, it dosent have alot of bells and whistles as its a Lambo, but it does have a laptop, radar, and some alprs if you wanna run some plate readers, It has 2 Livery's One speed enforcement and another plain jane livery so you can do some undercover work!!, Stage 2 messed up on me as usual, but figured id release it and hope some of yous will enjoy it, As for flaws, theres a couple,  i tried for the life of me to get the takedowns to shine forward but unfortunately there staying backwards, So i disabled them, they will be fixed later on, and your hands dont sit on the steering wheel and dials dont move. Besides that i think i did an ok job on it. None the less, enjoy it. I will see you all on the next release!!! Credits are in the README file!!!

Happy 4th of July to all the members here. Today I'm bringing to you a vehicle I used for one of my special LSPDFR patrols for my YouTube Channel for you guys to use if you would like as well. Nothing says Merica like a big Flag waving out the bed of a Truck with the Stars and Stripes painted on the side. Just to keep from the asking of "Can you make this for ELS?" or "Can you make this Non ELS?" I've included two versions of the file. One for ELS and One for Non ELS. Features of the model include:
 
Features:
-ELS Version of the Vehicle (Note that the ELS XML File is the generic blank one and will require setting up).
- Non ELS Version of the vehicle (Light pattern setup created by Stoppel).
- Both ELS and Non ELS Versions include a version with and without the American Flag flying in the bed of the Truck.
- Custom Handling line by TheAtomicKoloa to ensure the truck doesn't roll over on you with the lift kit on it.
- LSPD and BCSO Liveries are included with the files.
- The Livery by TheGamingNorwegian is setup as Transparent for both LSPD and BCSO so you can paint the truck whatever color you want in game using a Trainer of VMenu.
 
Bugs:
- I noticed on the ELS Version the left Headlight would come on when the lights were turned on. I believe it is only a xml file error but I am not 100% sure. There is no plan to fix this in a later update if it is beyond that.

Information:
Hello everyone! I often get bombarded with asking how to turn my packs all blue, so here's my official release for it. This pack will contain all the texture files and carcols files to turn all my LED and rotor packs all blue. Simply follow the ReadMe. 
 
But ya'll won't so it's simply:
 
Figure out if the pack is pre-2020 or post-2020 Add the textures from the folder that denotes when it was made (as above) If it has rotators, drag and drop the carcols into the correct place ??? Profit  
Please note: this might not work with all packs, as some of the LED mapping won't allow it. 
 
Paranoid Cabbage has released an all red version of this file. Perfect for EMS/Fire vehicles. It can be found here:
