nevermind guys i sorted it out. it was my antivirus and i need to lauich ragepluginhook after the game launch to the first menu.

hello everyone, i just got my new pc and im really excited for policing with lspdfr. so i install the file needed for lspdfr to my freshly installed gta5. then after i install everything, i tried to launch ragepluginhook. but after the game window pops up it was showing black screen and after a few second the game crashed and then there's a message at the social club saying "gta5 exited unexpectedly". here's the video footage https://youtu.be/cfrJX5zhr_E ohh i forgot to mention. look at 0:49 Seconds in the video. you can see the rph icon moving on the left bottom side behind the black screen...
