I downloaded from JFavs list myself, do have my own setup now. I have Stop The Ped and all of the other Albo mods and everything is running pretty well without arrest manager

Scripthook has released a update, so you may want that so ya can update gta

That log says you crashed because of the Entity Persistence mod. Does this happen every time you try to open EUP for a 2nd time?
Do you have EUP Law & Order 7.5, because it says its a requirement for EUP Menu, and I don't see it loading in your logs.

Also you should remove spike strips backup because it is a built-in feature with Ultimate backup.

You crashed when traffic Policer tried to create the ambient event "motorcyclist with no helmet". You can disable this event by going to

    GrandTheftAutoV>Plugins>lspdfr>traffic policer.ini (configuration settings)

scroll down until you see "motorcyclist with no helmet" and set it to 0.

Right, that was caused by arrest manager, which you should uninstall because you have stop the ped, and they are conflicting mods.

delete the arrest manager files in Grandtheftautov>plugins>lspdfr
