    Uhm. Those are Federal Signal emissives..... I did this before I knew thr correct spec map. Just make it "vehicle_generic_smallspecmap"

    I dont mean to shit on the party but... You say its high quality. (Ik its ur first model) But I wouldnt put high quality when your livery is pixelated, you have material order issues, and over all just issues with it, when you say its perfect.

    You need to find the material that says "Default Material" and delete it or find what thing is assigned that material and give it the correct material.
