Toledo Ohio Lore-Friendly LSPD Pack
This is my first pack and first models. Made this for myself but decided to release it. Tried my best to make it as accurate as I can it's probably 90% accuracy on the exterior at least. Interior not so much. The crown vic and charger are old liveries used by TPD. Still in use today but rare to see. Includes DLS configs. Light patterns are not accurate and also not the best but they are a work in progress. Hard to get references.

This is a w-i-p mega-pack for the city of Cincinnati police department.  They look a hell of a lot better in-game, photos are bad since I need to get a graphics mod installed (my bad).  Anyways, these two are reflective, others way not be... sorry...  Now to get down to business, please do not re-upload or claim this as your own, you are allowed to use it in videos and photos (even Fivem if ya want).

PALETO BAY POLICE DEPARTMENT EUP 
This EUP is based off of the Town of Tonawanda Police Department of New York. The duty belt, holster, bodycam/radio & etc. are all paid models. Included in this pack are 3 shirt textures and a texture for some cargo pants. It also includes a custom-made badge. The files are setup for both FiveM & SP. This EUP pack also has a Livery pack made by myself to go with them, so be sure to check it out. When it comes to the TOS, just read the readme. It's pretty basic. Don't claim it. Don't unlock it. Don't be annoying. I don't like my work messed with, especially when I'm nice enough to make it free. Installation:
        1. Make sure you have your ‘mods’ folder in GTA V’s main folder with a copied ‘update’ folder.
        2. Open your OpenIV, turn on ‘Edit mode’ and go to GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/. Drag and drop folder ‘dmsaspcv’.
        3. Export a file called ‘dlclist.xml’ which located in GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Copy this file to your desktop and open it with any editor you like. After, scroll to the bottom and locate the last line that starts with ‘<Item>dlcpacks:/….’. Add a new line, then copy and paste this line:    
 
 <Item>dlcpacks:/dmsaspcv/</Item>
 
        4. Replace old file with the new one.

Additional steps for:
DLS Users:
        Copy ‘DLS’ folder from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste it in GTAV/Plugins/
ELS Users:
Copy .xml files from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste them in GTAV/ELS/pack_default/
Note: ELS files are blank. This means you can’t control light stages, patterns, etc. Only the 3rd stage and siren selection would work.

This is my very first GTA V mod I've uploaded. I saw there was quite a few Q siren mods for GTA but they never sounded quite realistic to me, so I decided to make one of my own. Took me a pain staking time to make this so I hope you enjoy!
