Hello! I have noticed there are vary little choices for FREE police packs for FiveM. I decided I would make a good started pack for any server who is starting up. This pack has all the functinality as other expence big packs have. It has working slideout truck thingys and fully working spot lights. There might be some buggs with the pack, if you find one please let me know. I want to inpove. just join the discord and create a ticket and inform me of the problem. Please note I do alredy know the tahoe windows dont brake. For some reason no matter what I did they would just not. Anyways I hope you like 🙂

Here is the unmarked vehicles that I made for my server.
I made these using all 12 extras so that there would be a lot of different setups available for each vehicle, depending on what people want to use at any time. You could run with all extras on, as a low profile/detecive car, with wigwags on or off, or anything in between. The vehicles could also be used as Civ vehicles if you have all the extras turned off, however, the window bars will still be on the vehicle as there is not enough extras for me to make them toggle-able.
All vehicles can be changed colour in game. The CVPI also has an additional livery for a taxi, whether used as a civ taxi or as an undercover police vehicle. All have environmental lighting reflections.

I have spend a HUGE amount of my time learning to do all this, making around 40 vehicles along with their edited custom files and liveries, and testing it all in game. As far as I can tell these vehicles should be working properly, but if you do encounter any bugs or issues please let me know in the comments so I can get them fixed as soon as possible.
 
Feel free to use all the vehicles, 1 of the vehicles, or whatever, in your servers.
This is not to be uploaded to any other site or re-released without my permission

Alright hello people, thank you for showing interest in my vehicles. This is a 5 car vehicle pack that consist of 3 SUV's and 2 sedans. I want to let you know that yes I do know about the issue on the explorer with the stuff on the roof of the car. I am trying to find a fix but no promises. If it bothers u, don't use it :)! Anyway, make suggestions, report bugs to me, I might fix them, I might not, don't depend on me. Also there is a way to use these in Singleplayer, it's pretty cool so yeah!

Yo, This is my Whelen Justice Pursuit Pack, it was originally created for a community, but not anymore cuz they didn't like me lol. Pack includes a 2018 Dodge Charger, 2018 Ford FPIS, 2016 Ford Explorer, 2018 Chevy Tahoe, and 2018 Ford F-150. Models are Hardtop/Lightbar only, no slick top. They all include built in brake light Modules in the lightbar, Moveable Spotlights, and High quality Parts and equipment. I put good time in these, and would've made slick top ones too if it wasn't for burnout/not making it for the community. If the file receives a lot of support, I may do the slick top ones later.

1. Navigate to your dlpacks folder, located at
    mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Enable Edit Mode
3. Drag and drop the "wheelvarietypack" folder inside the dlcpacks folder
4. Navigate to your data folder, located at
    mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
5. Locate your dlclist.xml, then right click and click "Edit"
6. Directly after the latest entry in the XML, you must put the following line:
    <Item>dlcpacks:/wheelvarietypack/</Item>
7. Click Save
8. Start GTA V.

Here's a little pack for you all. It was meant to start off as a mini-pack and it got way out of hand, and then sat in my files for a few months. This is a pack based loosely of Portland, Seattle and Ann Anbor, a nice hybrid that melded together to form this monstrousity. Somehow it all ended up being an all Ford pack. Right back to my hole.

Variety of lighting colours and lightbar tints (e.g. clear lightbar, blue tint to go with blue lighting). Toggleable ALPRs through a trainer (extra_ten) No clue what else to write... just check it out

2020 FPIU is model file is quite large. I've edited it down as much as I could, but if you are getting issues in game, simply delete the vehicle from the files/ 
        don't use it in a slot that the game has to load to patrol with.

Hello boys and ghouls, I'm back with a pack. Wow that rhymes, what a crime. Okay I'll stop now. 
 
With a livery that is based loosely off Overland Park in Kansas, I bring you 16 vehicles for Los Santos. I seem to be doing a lot of vehicles for the city at the moment, so I might change that up. The lighting style is very much just something I put together. I know some of you have heavily wanted this pack, and so here it is. 
 
I was going to add an additional 10 cars, but my motivation went and they were never completed. I'll finish and add these to the pack when I get around to it. But instead of canning this whole pack, I thought I'd release it.

These vehicles are not made to the specification of any specific department. Please don't comment on it being inaccurate or whatever. It's not meant to be accurate.

Known Bugs:
Just the standard: I'm not sure what R* has done, but sometimes no vehicle loads the L0 (closest and highest detail) or it pops in an out regardless of distance from the vehicle. There is NOTHING I can do about that. I'd advise clearing all vehicles away and relocating
        to a another area of the city As always, this is a MEGA PACK. A lot of vehicles and 4k textures MAY result in issues, glitches or bugs. Either use less vehicles (The other download to pick what ones you want) or remove the 4k textures.   
If there are bugs or whatever, just PM me or leave a comment.

If you guys are missing siren sounds, it's simple, edit vehicles.meta inside your downloaded vehicle mods folder, then look for the line <audioNameHash>. If you see Windsor, delete that and put in either police, police2, police3, police4, fbi, fbi2, policeold2, policeold1, riot, sheriff, sheriff2, pbike and pranger. vehiclename/data/vehicles.meta but for this pack, the vehicles meta is going to include all the models. So for that, just type <audioNameHash> after pressing Ctrl+F in the search bar, then it will take you to the next <audioNameHash> and I am pretty sure most if not all of them will say Windsor. Like I said before, change it to any of the emergency vehicles hash except for firetruk and ambulance.
