The original IRL default CCPD decal was made by @Echo Modifications
I took the base texture and converted converted of the strokes into curves, and made all of the additional textures.

The installation for the liveries is kinda funky, so I'll detail it below.

INSTALLATION (Replace)
Using OpenIV in edit mode navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday26ng/dlc.rpf/x64/kevels/gta5/vehicles.rpf Open any of the newly installed car .ytd files and right click the livery and choose "Replace" Navigate to where you downloaded my texture files, and replace the old texture. ..._sign_1 for Benton ..._sign_2 for lore friendly Click save and exit OpenIV  

File I made after growing frustrated from the distinct lack of resources surrounding creating EUP modifications, more specifically this helps to remove the process of "fishing" for the right file in the folder.
 
Includes the file locations & brief descriptions for each and every file in the eupcomponentpeds folder. I also had the EUP Vest & Earpiece mod by Hanako downloaded when I made this, so some of those files have been left out. This tool simply allows modders to find files easier. It will not assist in the creation of EUP mods if you don't know what you're doing. 
 
If anything is missing from the spreadsheet, please let me know so I can fix it and update it as soon as possible.

Installation Procedure:
(If you've downloaded EUP's before it's the exact same process. This is just for newbs!)
1. Use OpenIV
2. Navigate to path Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\
3. In edit mode, drag and drop the new EUP folders into the OpenIV window
Also gotta do the badges in
\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\sup\dlc.rpf\x64\sup_componentpeds.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_bikerdlc_01

Cool so yeah if you have to edit these or any others you can also use my eup file location excel spreadsheet to help you find files easier. It helped me make this so I figured I'd upload it as well.
