This is the Phoenix Police Deparment Air support Unit.
Currently Phoenix PD is running the following air support:

1 Agusta A109E, twin engine helicopter purchased in 2005 with a top speed of 193 MPH
5 Eurocopter AS350B3, single engine purchased in 2005/2011 with a top speed of 150 MPH
1 Cessna 172, single engine fixed-wing purchased in 1986
1 Cessna 182, single engine fixed-wing purchased in 1979
1 Cessna P210R, single engine fixed-wing purchased in 2008
1 Pilatus PC12NG, single engine fixed-wing purchased in 2009
I did not have a resource for the A109 and the AS350 was not very painter friendly as it was templated.
I chose an updated version of the POLMAV from GTAV.

Instructions:
Download from either link above.  Install per that mods instrucions.
Using OPEN IV:  open up the texture (ytd) archive of the model you installed.
Find the first texture "heli-skin" and Export it if you want to save it for later,
if not just replace it with mine.
Right click inside the texture again and select Replace.
Navigate to my AZDPS texture file.
Save, Close.
Instructions to spawn and everything else regarding the model you used will be with that download.
