    If you are going to want to play mutliplayer with people, get GTA IV. If you just want it for single player, get EFLC. I have both, but I would say 80 percent of people who play LCPDFR play it on GTA IV. All, well most clans play on GTA IV. And GTA IV has everything EFLC has. So, if you ask me, get GTA IV. Trust me, it's worth it!
