Hey, It's again been nearly a year since I last posted. I've not had any motivation to do much but decided the other day to redo some of my old content. 
 
This is an updated and improved version of the Dodge Charger I released over 4 years ago.

To install, navigate to the dlcpacks folder via OPEN IV
Drag and drop **xmastree21tahoe** into the dlcpacks folder
Location: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
 
Add the dlc pack line to the dlclist.xml
Location: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Add line: <Item>dlcpacks:/xmastree21tahoe/</Item>

To install, navigate to the latest patch day that you install vehicles to (I've 
found success with patchday26) and drag desired vehicle files into the patch day via OPEN IV (make backups of your game files)

Install any ELS XML's with the pack via GTA V root folder

To my great surprise, there is very little Cyberpunk content out there for GTAV.
 
But today, that changes with the new NCPD sirens, using both old and new tones from the game.
 
The airhorn, main tone and "yelp" are from older versions of the game, and the other tone is the new police horn.
I chose not to bother doing the new siren as I really don't like it.
