  1. mcmbjones's post in Nothing happens when I try to use ALT+P to start LCPDFR was marked as the answer   
    I reinstalled GTAIV and for some reason it worked. I had already tried reinstalling before, but this time was apparently the magic touch. Got LCPDFR working and installed ELS and some cars and i'm good to go!
    Thanks to everybody for trying to help me figure it out!
