    I've recently installed Grand Theft Auto: IV, the default version. I downloaded LCPDFR 1.1 and the patch for it. This was about 24 hours ago. Since then, I have been crashes after crashes. I tried the LCPDFR Diagnostics and it was red with the Logs part. I've read the logs, I don't know if I missed something, but it seems good. I ahve searched over multiple forums for assistance and took answers from other forum s that have work and this particular problem has been a extremely difficult one for me.   3. AI not spawning when game starts

    Idk what happened..but when I started LSPDFR the traffic doesnt spawn. I cant do any traffic stops now. Last thing I remember that could cause something was I closed the nearby roads for call but after AI wouldnt even spawn even if I restarted the game or plugins.
