I had the same problem with other vehicles went onto youtube and found this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pcRpvZ58Qx0 in the vehicles meta for the car find the line diffusetint's value and change to 0x00FFFFFF

engine sound is changed in vehicles.meta in the audioNameHash tags put the vehicles name you want it to sound like Change the colour using a trainer

think its an lspdfr problem and did you change livery that should make in go black
