    I just reinstalled the entire game, downgraded and installed LCPD and everything is good, thank you so much.

    You are running the aCompleteEditionHook.asi version of LCPDFR when you need the old rar 1.1.
     
    Also you could be missing the Visual C++ Redist package (x64 and x86)). https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26347

    In your log it says you have aCompleteEditionHook.asi in the GTAIV folder so you might have forgotten to take it out?
