While the lighting isn't 100% true to every detail, it comes remarkably close, offering you an experience that mirrors the dynamic and diverse emergency services present in Los Santos City, based on inspiration from it's real-life counterpart, Los Angeles.

Prerequisites:

Ensure you have a clean, up-to-date installation of Grand Theft Auto V.

Step 1: Install Rebalanced Dispatch Enhanced 4.0

Download Rebalanced Dispatch Enhanced 4.0 from https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/realism-dispatch-enhanced.

Follow the installation instructions provided by the mod author.

Confirm that Rebalanced Dispatch Enhanced 4.0 is working correctly in your GTA V game.

Step 2: Download Ultimate Emergency Lighting Visual Overhaul

Extract the downloaded file to a location of your choice.

Step 3: Install Ultimate Emergency Lighting Visual Overhaul

Open OpenIV and navigate to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\rde\dlc.rpf\

Drag & Drop carcols.meta from the "UltimateEmergencyLights" folder to the path above.

Step 4: Activate the game and respond code 3.

Information:
Hello everyone! The time has come to begin releasing the older packs from Patreon. It was beginning to clutter up my hardrive anyway. It should tide you all over month to month whilst I try and get out more public packs.
 
This will be updated everytime the Patreon previous packs have been updated, so roughly every couple of months. In here you'll find old liveries, older mini-packs and so on. This is being released 'as is': I.E. there are no updates or support for these older packs. This currently covers 2020-2024, with further being added as it cycles through.
 
You WILL have to sift through these yourself, it's not up to me to tell you where everything is. Some packs have been merged for ease, newer packs are labelled 'DLC' as they use the DLC.rpfs for packs and some packs have screenshots, others I have added an OpenIV preview screenshot. I have provided guidance in the spoilers below.
