I hate writing descriptions so, this is what I have been working on for a few months (along with XScanner 2 and Automatic Roadblocks 2, all the plugins are kind of intertwined, Most Wanted and Roadblocks are dependent on XScanner, Most Wanted was something I made because roadblocks made every pursuit way too easy).
I know all my plugins take a long ass time to eventually come out (not counting the 5 or so years I was unable to work on anything but I'm a sucker for polishing.
I will attempt to write a more lengthy explanation about everything in a while.
 
(and before anyone complains about the video quality; yes, my hardware encoder is kind of on the fritz so it is what it is)
 
Most Wanted features persistent fully randomized racers with custom AI, that will try to get away by using high speed, oil slicks, spikes, nitro, smokescreens, EMP mines, good old ramming you off the road and more.
 
Every bit of information about them is tracked.
