You need to have SSLA(32 sirens mod) for all the lights to work correctly. This is also a hybrid ELS pack so you have to leave it in a DLC format. This pack uses all NON ELS emergency lighting controlled by the ELS script. DO NOT change the preset patterns in the ELS VCF or else the lights wont work as intended. Each Siren in this pack is its own light so you can change the pattern using livelights to whatever you like. I will be adding to this just wanted to make a pack that doesn't have the usual police cars.  These cars WILL NOT work as replace.

Hello all. After seeing the lack of Texas packs out there, I decided to give TX some love. I bring you my DPS Mega pack. This pack has 18 cars and is as accurate as i can get. 
This version is an ELS Hybrid but i do have a DLS version available in my discord as well. You are going to need SSLA(32 sirens mod) for all the lights to work properly you will also need to keep this in a DLC format since it uses custom meta files. These WILL NOT work as replace so keep that in mind.

Features
Full 3 stage lighting with takedowns and allys 
Both Chargers have an animated spotlight that you can activate by holding H or right on the dpad then turn on the highbeams. 
The 21 Tahoe K9 versions rear windows are extras so you can run them up or down or however you want and they will not go back up if you repair the car. 
The 18 FPIU has extras such as the radar on the roof and the ALPRs
The Hellcat Redeye has a custom engine sound included in the dlc and a super fast handling line.

About the Pack:
This pack was also originally created for my personal use in LSPDFR. I like the simplicity of the vehicles. This pack is California based, but not based on anywhere in particular. I'm aware that it may resemble and IRL department, but it was not done on purpose. I'm also aware that the material order for the dashcam is messed up in the screenshots, but it has been fixed in the download. I wanted to add more for variations for the charger, but for such a small jurisdiction, I wanted to keep this pack relatively small. If you all would like more variations for the charger, DM me. These vehicles do not have in-car radar units. I figured with the area that VPD would patrol, it would be more beneficial and cost efficient to use handhelds. This pack does come with red and blue lighting installed (Blue& Blue is included). All marked models come with corner lightbar cruise lights. All unmarked/slicktop models come with visor cruise lights.

This pack is based off of Nevada Highway Patrol and includes 11 cars with the option of them being reflective!
 
If your wondering which file to choose this will help you
Reflective:
Reflective overall looks better in game and decals light up like they would IRL 
(look at the 4 pics before the all blue pics for examples)

CAN'T CHANGE THE LIVERIES WITH REFLECTIVE!!
 
NON-Reflective:
This should be used if you plan on changing the liveries but decals wont light up

HOW TO INSTALL REPLACE VARIANT

Drag and Drop the YTD and YFT Files from the folders of the cars you want to install
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

I got tired of searching endlessly for an accurate Pathfinder siren for my FHP fleet in my game, so I found some high quality audio files and decided to make one. The wail might be just a little quieter compared to the other sounds, but that's as loud as I could make the wail without distorting the sound.
Depending on feedback I might also make a rumbler version in the future. This is my first siren mod so feedback is appreciated 🙂

This is a complete overhaul of my 2013-2019 HPD Taurus, created with a brand new base model and high-quality parts. I have spent hours perfecting this model, and I believe I have done a good job. However, this will only be a single release, as I am still in the process of updating the entire HPD pack with even better models and parts.

It's been 2 months of work and its finally here! The Maui Police DLC Pack. This pack includes 10 different vehicles 8 marked vehicles
and 2 unmarked vehicles. All are modeled to the best of my ability and are about 90% accurate. If you don't like the light pattern, you 
may change it to your liking as this uses ELS. Any reviews are greatly appreciated but if you find any new bugs be sure to post as a comment 
and not a review.

FAQ:
Q: My lights arent working/Taillights are black!
A: you most likely have tint on make sure to use the correct diffuse tint in vehicle.meta
or turn off tint in the trainer
 
Q:Vehicles arent driving right and or flipping over!
A: make sure to put the right handling line on the file i recommend using Reddington's
vehicle handling list: https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/84418-recommended-handlingids-for-your-police-vehicles/
Q: Can you add this car to the pack?
A: No. i already added what i feel should be added and or im starting on a new pack and dont
have the time for this pack anymore.

- This uses DLS and SSLA make sure you have them both

- if DLS doesn't work the model will work just fine with out DLS but it will only have 1 pattern and no cruise lights and traffic advisor
- on the old gen
