I’ve noticed when I pull over a vehicle, usually before I installed ELS I could hold the button E to request the ped to either follow or find a new place to pull over. What is the process to do with els installed as I’ve tried all the sirens and horns and doesn’t work or is this feature not available with els.

-mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5.
-Right click the vehicles.meta file and click on edit, press ctrl+f and search for "police2" (without the "").
-Take a look at this line:
<handlingId> </handlingId>
-change it to "buffalo2" (without the "" again) and hit save in the bottom right corner.
