No, you just need to update the update.rpf in the mods folder (OpenIV should have prompted you). Then reinstall mods in the update.rpf, then you are good to go

So whenever I start up RPH since the Gta v update I got an infinite loading screen with RPH. It gets stuck when loading all the plugins. Anyone know how to help?

It's stuck on this screen. Doesn't freeze, just doesn't load or anything.

Are you going to be updating this for 0.4.3?

Navigate to /update/update.rpf/common/data/visualsettings.dat 
Export it
Open it in an editing program like Notepad or Notepad++.
Look for car.indicator.night.emissive.off   and change its value to 0.003
Save
Import file.
 
Done.
