Louisiana Based Mega-Pack / LORE Friendly
I've been wanting to make this for some time and quarantine has finally allowed me to do so. Included are vehicle skins to encompass all default police vehicle slots based on a variety of real world agencies. I have custom designed patches/department logos to be LORE friendly while trying to remain as realistic as possible. Skins have been designed in the same manner. Install instructions and credits for the base vehicle models have been included in the download, PLEASE make sure you read them or your vehicles may not turn out correctly. Below are what packs I used to create the skins and what slots I have them configured in. Should you wish to adjust what vehicle is in what slot, feel free it should not interfere with anything.

This is a fictional SAHP design for the amazing 2018 Dodge Charger and 2013 Slicktop Chevy Tahoe uploaded by Gump:
(I know originally I said I was doing an FPIU, but found the Tahoe model and fell in love with it so here we go!)
Please read the read me file for install instructions. The charger has two parts to it, and if done incorrectly the livery will not appear properly in the game. 
 
 
 

A fictional design for LSPD by me. I just looked through police car designs and came up with this design scheme, so here we go. I used the awesome new pack by Jedahdiah for these.
Skin Descriptions:
2016 Chevy Express - 1: Prisoner Transport Skin
2016 FPIS - 4: Three patrol, one supervisor
2016 FPIU - 4: Two patrol, one supervisor, one DUI taskforce
2018 Charger PPV - 4: Three patrol, one DUI taskforce
2016 Impala - 5: Four patrol, one K9 unit. NOTE: Only four skins fit into the vehicles YTD file

Another fictional design by me, this time I wanted to do one for the Blaine County Sheriff's Office.

This is a fictional skin design I made for the Pottsgrove pack put out by Vegas725. 
There are two patrol liveries for the Charger, a supervisor livery for the FPIU, a highway enforcement livery for the Tahoe, and a patrol livery for the Tahoe.

NOTE: The license plates on the highway Tahoe and the font color on the patrol Tahoe are fixed in the uploaded version.

Hi Everyone:
This is my first go at creating skins for GTA V, I've done a large number for GTA IV/GTA SA but wanted to give it a shot for GTA V now that I've been playing for some time. This livery is for the 2016 Officer Down Honorary Tahoe by Frost88 and Fatikki. You can download that here. I didn't base this livery off of anything, I just threw it together based on what I thought would look interesting. If you've got feedback, I'd love to hear it. I plan on making a few more skins in the coming days, not sure what yet. 
 
Install:
Navigate to patchday19ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Find the sheriff2 texture file (or whatever slot you installed the original files into). Replace the tahoe_sign_1 file within the YTD file with the SAHP.png. 
Note that 2 of the skins by Fatikki are still attached to the YTD file, my plan is to create a supervisor and K9 livery based of this skin and those will later be added to those livery slots.
