Solutions

  1. mathiasjensen01's post in Lights are not working (ELS) was marked as the answer   
    Wait a minute... I fixed it with the following steps
     
    1. Delete OpenIV.ASI and asiloader in Grand Theft Auto V folder
    2. Restart PC (Not a shutdown, a restart)
    3. Reinstall OpenIV.asi and asiloader from OpenIV. (OpenIV -> Tools -> Asi manager)
