I am so happy to finally release this vehicle! I noticed in the community there is no public Whelen Chevy Impala on LSPDFR. I decided I would create one that is pretty good for multiple uses. This Vehicle can me marked, unmarked, has custom (Not the best) Dirt-mapping, Advisor lights and many more features. If you would like to see current projects join my discord! I was looking on LSPDFR the other day for a Non ELS FPIS and I could not find one with a Whelen Liberty Lightbar on top. I know since then one has been released but I decided to realease this one also because why not.
