This is a loading soundtrack from a popular Highway Police German TV show: Alarm für Cobra 11 – Die Autobahnpolizei, translated to Alarm for Cobra 11 – The Motorway Police.
It's a great soundtrack, you'll like it not even seeing the show.

Soundtrack:

Do you want your LSPD officers to look more like real life LAPD officers, look no further. These textures make all (weird looking, with some kind of shield making it look as I call them 'wings') look like real (oval) LAPD badges. These files cover uniform (chest badges), necklace, belt badges, t-shirts, winter coats, windbreaker jackets and vests. Installation is very simple first you need EUP Menu with Emergency Uniforms Pack - Law and Order 8.1 and 9.3, than drag and drop the downloaded folders (for male and female) into the directory as said in the 'READ ME' file.
For winter coats, unfortunately originally the creator of EUP only made winter coats for Del Perro and Rockfor Hills PD not for LSPD therfore if you want LSPD coat I replaced them so you won't have full Rockford Hills winter uniform, if you don't want that jus don't inastall the optional forder, but if you don't care or don't use Rockford Hills PD than be my guest.
I also changed the badges on the cop peds.
 
You may use them for whatever you want but PLEASE DO NOT REUPLOAD OR CLAIN AS YOUR OWN.

This is a retexture of a kayaking place at Tongva Valley on Route 11 into a Los Santos County Sheriff Department Station, I made it because there is no Police/Sheriff Station in this area and for LSPDFR I think it'd be useful to have an extra station. I added a stations.xml that you can add to your LSPDFR and spawn there. I also added the Sheriff and US flag as an optional ymap you can install into custom maps.

Credit to Zaney for an idea he gave me with his Park Ranger Station Retexture. I simply changed and expanded on his mod.

I've made a mini pack of 5 LSSD (LASD based) texture pack for 5 vhicles from Ticke my Elmo's LSPD Pack (that was unfortunatelly deleed, but these textures work for some other vehicles that use these templates)

Tired of AI drivers honkin their horn and shouting for you to move. Ever went on killing spree because some idiot was blaring his horn because he got stuck behind your cruiser while you were on a traffic stop. Maybe you're sick of AI drivers honking when pulling up to traffic lights. These are simple files that mute the annoying AI horn. STOP WITH THE F**ING HORN is for you then.
WARNING: It mutes almost all horns except of COP, METRO, BUS and EMPEROR horn. Also effects some car alarms.

HOW TO INSTALL:
You have 2 options
1 if you are installing a new siren
2 if you want to stick with existing siren you have.

Option 1
Step 1: Download the siren you want.
Step 2: Extract from a .zip/.rar vehicles folder and vehicles.oac file into an any folder on your Computer (can be desktop)
Step 3: Open the vehicles folder and drop the .wav sound files from STOP_WITH_THE_F--ING_HORN.zip
Step 4: CLICK ON EDIT MODE
Step 5: Open OpenIV go to GTAV\mods\x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.rpf\ and right click anywhere (apart of the awc files)
Step 6: Click on "Import openFormats" and find the vehicles.oac and click OK
You're done go and enjoy honkless traffic.

Option 2
Step 1: Go to OpenIV to extract your existing sirens, go to GTAV\mods\x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.
Step 2: Right click on the vehicles.awc and click on "Export openFormats" and select an any folder on your Computer (can be desktop)
Step 3: Open the vehicles folder and drop the .wav sound files from STOP_WITH_THE_F--ING_HORN.zip
Step 4: CLICK ON EDIT MODE
Step 5: Open OpenIV go to GTAV\mods\x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.rpf\ and right click anywhere (apart of the awc files)
Step 6: Click on "Import openFormats" and find the vehicles.oac and click OK
You're done go and enjoy honkless traffic.
Now you can't pull over for excessive use  of horn.

This simple file will stop AI from panicking and attacking you when you want to put out a fire. This is especially useful when you want to be a fireman in Grove area, this way no-one will shoot at you.
INSTALLATION:
Put the weapons .meta at mods/upadate/update.rpf/common/data/ai
Make sure you tuned EDIT MODE on.
