No one will do this for you without some further participation on your part, such as providing images, links to car models, ect. But, that's none of my business. ...

New MDC role playing tool?
Some features of this dispatch CAD I created a while ago can partly function as an MDC. It's not exactly collaborative but if there's a strong community interest I'd consider creating a live MDC that could be used by anyone with an account on it. :P '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> - PS: If the website hosting the files is no longer online let me know. It was working earlier, but it's shotty... :D (You'll know cause it'll be a simple HTML page)

Real gun found among toys at Target store
"the group Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America launched a petition asking the company to prevent customers from carrying firearms in Target stores. The petition is unrelated to the discovery of the gun in South Carolina." - Seems unrelated. Nothing like a good scare to make a company listen up in light of all the recent shootings.

- Version v1.5.2
TriggerFistDispatch is a program written for Grand Theft Auto 4 policing clans to incorporate a realistic dispatching environment. Written with JavaScript, and designed as a web application the possibilities are endless. As of now, the project is a mere beta with a big and bright future ahead. The program is free to use; suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Upon opening the page, you should notice a tab that says "New Callout"; Click it, Be aware, there is a beep following every click within the program, turning your speakers down is advisable. Once you've clicked the option, a form will appear with three fields to fill with the call's information. The first is the "Service Request", this essentially is the title of the call. For example, dispatching a patrol car to a motor vehicle collision may have a Service Request title like so: "MVA". The second field is the location, obviously, for the location that the call has originated from. Many gaming communities use a map with addresses listed, "2253 Bighorn Ave, Alderny City, NE" would be a valid address. The unit(s) responding field is used to mark units as responding, usually a unit's number will be placed here. If there's more than one unit responding, separate the numbers by a comma. The rest of the program works in an equally simple way, all that's required is filling the fields and pressing the button at the bottom of the form. Once a call is in the system, more details may arise as the situation progresses. You can edit anything on the call log by clicking on the area you wish to edit, and typing; much like using a word processor. Once you've made an edit be sure to click outside of the call log box (Anywhere in the blue) to ensure that it's saved. This is useful for changing the status of the call (OPEN, RESPONDING, ON SCENE, or COMPLETE), as well as completing the after action report at the end of each call. This can be as simple as a few words about the outcome. There's an "Options" tab located to the far right of the navigation bar near the top of the program's interface. You'll see a button called "Patrol Report", this will generate a report of the entire patrol complete with patrol statistics, a full call log with time stamps, the time a date of the patrol, and a dispatcher's signature. In the future, there will be an easy integration for enjin websites. With the click of a button the report will be post-able to the forums! Hotkeys: Ctrl/Command + K - Open new callout form. Ctrl/Command + E - Add a unit. Ctrl/Command + I - Check an ID. Ctrl/Command + M - Check a licence plate. More features are coming soon and quickly. If you have any suggestions for features, but aren't quite sure how to integrate them your self please feel free to send me a PM or leave a comment bellow; I will continue to release free public versions here on LCPD:FR. I do not mind if one wishes to download and change the code within the files, however I do ask that you do not re-upload your version to a public website (Such as LCPD:FR) without speaking with me first. You may distribute a personal version among your own clan as you choose. When modifying the files; Please do not remove the Google Analytics script -OR- the copywrite watermark at the bottom. Thank you! Version 1.5.2 released! -- Beep removed. A UK version has been released as well, with the main difference being language and phrases.- 10 comments

MDC Idea
Well, the option for "Other" on a traffic stop sort of covers that, I'd think. And that'd be a cool feature for the ID check. In theory it wouldn't be to complex to set up a function that runs every time where if Math.random() is greater than 0.80, then they're on probation and then you just have a little selector script to pick a random probation offense from an array. In fact, I think I'll add that feature to a future release of TFD. :)

LCPDFR Dispatch Assistant
Absolutely; I've redesigned the entire patrol report complete with color coded callouts, locations, and new statistics. This feature will come with the live map in version 2.0, most likely. That piece of the system is likely the most complex as of now, and it's still very beta and buggy. However, v1.5 will be released today if all goes as planned. Patrol report example: Edit: Download v1.5 here!

LCPDFR Dispatch Assistant
Version 1.5 is nearly ready for public release, complete with a redesigned call dispatching system (One button for any type of call), and a unit status system. (10-8, 10-11, ect) Are there any specific features anyone would like to see before it's released?

Snapchat!
Holy christ, they've ruined Snapchat... It's like they took a decent application, then they dumped a bucket of bootstrap on it and mixed in some colors and curved corners, then some shadows and bubbles. I hate it lol.

Make Traffic Stops More Realistic?
Leaving wheels permanently turned has been widely discussed and spoken about for years, and there are several issues within the programming that seem to make it very difficult to add a feature like this. An entirely new animation would have to be created to maintain behind the window while on traffic stops, and quite frankly I don't think it's that big'a deal. Yeah, role play that last one. All good ideas, As a community we appreciate everyone's ideas and pitching in. Keep it up!

Death by cop?
I've never seen the actual code, but I assume that the police AI have a separate function encoded to react to non-AI peds (Human players) as apposed to regular AIs. The way most scripting works, you just need a trigger to call a function and a trigger to end a function in some cases. For example, a potential trigger for the police to cease fire when firing upon you may be the screen fade, or the respawn function. In theory, that'd make sense anyway.

LCPDFR Dispatch Assistant
To answer your question, yes there will be an open source version, or at the least options to customize the system to the clan's liking. There's currently a well-functioning live unit board, and permissions with accounts are coming shortly. As for the unit status options, I've considered it and I may create a v1.2.5Beta with a bunch of new features available including the unit status options. Another thing to add; the live map is coming along beautifully. It works with in-game software via C++ scripts and drops pins on call locations, unit locations, and more. The locations are updated every 0.5 seconds *without* causing lag on the server so the locations are very accurate. The goal with the map is eventually you'll be able to click on a unit and send it instructions or a message via the dispatch panel and it'll display on the in-game officer's system, for example you may be able to press a button like "Send unit to (unit number here)'s location" and it'd advise both units on the status, as well as the ETA every 35 seconds.

Thanks! I've actually got plans for even more renovations to the design in coming versions, as well as new features including a live map! More details on that will be released in not too long.

[REL] Web-Based Clan Dispatch Program
Great job; I love the bootstrap profile you used for it, very suiting. Also, props to you on your work with the databases, those can be a bit of a bitch sometimes. Quick suggestion; that web server is pretty slow, I use this one, also a free domain but it has a lot more bandwidth and speed as well as free PhPMyAdmin and unlimited MySQL servers available! Anyways, great job. Keep up the good work.

Thanks, Bojan! The design for the first version is rather rudimentary, I'll agree with you there. I had been so focused on the functionality that I wasn't too concerned with the looks. Anyways, Here's a sneak peak of v1.2!
