I've tried manually adding them before and it didn't work. Tried it using yours and I get the same message when I try to do something with a new button.
 
For example, when I try to tow a vehicle it says:
"No action has (yet) been assigned to arrest manager/tow. No plugin has assigned itself to the button, or you may have gone on duty twice - make sure to only go on duty once."
 
Tried using ForceDuty. I get the same when I restart the game and walk to a police station (I assume there's no difference but I figured I could throw that out there).
 
Log file once again, and I reloaded plugins and used ForceDuty once:

Those are the coronas. Whatever visual update you installed, made the headlights less bright. You need to revert your coronas.

Delete menyoo and whatever is in your scripts folder.
Try that out. We also don't offer support for cracked versions keep that in mind. 
Paste your ragepluginhook.log After you have updated your game to the latest version and tested out the fps ON-Duty

You can't. Eup isn't for Ai.

Yes that's the issue I was talking about, its from a graphical mod. Try to install Natural Vision Remastered.

Issue fixed. Had Ragepluginhook setup wrong and plugins in the wrong directories.

I honestly have no idea, never heard of this. It works for me I just tested it but I never use it.
In my opinion nobody ever uses that function anyways because when you typed the persons name, you still do actions in the background which causes problems for some. Just use police smart radio.
