I was getting the "not enough permissions" error, now getting game out of memory error. But when I click on "ok" it says "collecting game files" and thats it, I left it like that and came back over an hour later and it was still "collecting game files". This is a clean install of everything, GTA, LSPDFR, my permissions problem I solved with the rage faq, the game worked for a couple of plays but now it is "game out of memory error" all the time followed by "collecting game files". Because it freezes it can not generate a log file so I can not post that. I have to close it with task manager so i can use the computer for other things. I have disabled nvidia overlay, turned off antivirus, have rage set to 60000, tried the different dx levels in rage, tried admin mode, re-installed LSPDFR manually and with setup exe, all drivers up to date, windows up to date, have tried starting gta then rage with and without scripthookv nothing else installed, no mods, no game configs, no asi files, no scripts. ARGHHHH..... Please suggest something if you can. Even the FAQ's are not helping now and google aint much better.

Unfortunately me too. Completely uninstalled GTA, LSPDFR, nothing left on harddrive, re-downloaded GTA (Steam version) game ran and I completed first mission. Then I installed the (manual install) version of LSPDFR and nothing... as previous post "Could not hook game". this is starting to cheese me off because I have been trying to get this to work since the update from rockstar and LSPDFR. I think it must be Ragehook because I get this without ScripthookV. Can not understand how otherrs are able to play the latest version.

Can not get LSPDFR to work, I just get five short beeps then the crash log, tried the game without plugins folder and mods folder, (renaming both) and GTA worked. Tried loading LSPDFR after game load, (not loading plugins through Rage console), and still got five beeps. Have attached Rage log and a copy to text of the crash file generated by Rage when game crashed. LSPDFR Crash Log.txt RagePluginHook.log

I use Avira AV and have tried with exceptions, turned off, and the same with windows defender. I've even disconnected from the Internet. There used to be a pinned post about this quite some time ago iirc. But I can not find that now.

I click Rage to start game then GTA launcher starts then as the screen goes black I see an flash of white and a Rage error box that says "Insufficient permissions" try restarting computer. Help please. I have turned all I can off in the taskbar (Hidden Icons) and even some stuff through task manager, but to no avail. Even stripped out the mods. I have the latest LSPDFR, Ragehook, ScripthookV and all plugins are up to date.

Had trouble downloading SHV, that's why I tried SH Alternative. Have SHV now though. Police not set to ignored. Thanks for your suggestions.

To anyone else reading this, I found that the Asi support for RagePluginHook dll was to blame. When I stopped it loading my backup worked as normal and my lights.

As the title suggests, when I call backup it sometimes gets "stuck in place" at it's spawn location and all I get is the continuous sound of sirens. But if it does turn up and I dismiss it, it seems to stay where it is and won't leave. This seems to happen to all police/sheriff, ambulance, fire, and coroner vehicles. not noticed with the motor cycles. Also, the lights on the vehicle light bars, police vehicles only, seem to be above the light bar when seen from a distance. All vehicles are ELS. Only changes made were the updated LSPDFR and EUP. Thanks in advance. Edit: The vehicles I spawn to drive, work perfectly well and if I move away from the vehicle with it's lightbar working then the lights stay in place.

I would like number my vehicles and have multiple textures so that when they spawn I get, for example, Police 10, Police 13 etc. Texture file names examples, chgr_sign_1, chgr_sign_2 However after creating the extra textures and adding them to the .ytd and _hi.ytd (where applicable) and naming them as I have seen in other models textures, there is only one texture displayed. Is this to do with the vehicle models or is it something else?

Hi, I have a few addon and replacement cars installed and modified the vehicles.meta and carvariations.ymt, and all cars spawn as they should either ambiently or when spawned by me, There are no duplicate entries in vehicles.meta or carvariations.ymt but some of them show twice in simple trainers added vehicles menu. I've included a screenshot and highlighted the duplicates

In your main gta folder open "commandline.txt" and see if anything is doubled, eg: -disablecustomloadingscreen-disablecustomloadingscreen, that is if it has anything written in it (it may be empty which is no prblem for the game) Failing that, upload your Ragepluginhook log to here and someonr may be able to point you in the right direction

In case you have not sorted it yet, one thing I noticed was that your log file stated that "-disablecustomloadingscreen" is specified twice. If you open the commanline.txt file in your gta main folder then delete any duplicate entries so you only have one -ignoredifferentvideocard and one -disablecustmomloadingscreen then save Hope this helps

For Info: I have sorted out the game crashing, (all to do with drive letters, the game was trying to search for a previous "E" drive which was replaced with a external drive after an internal drive crash), but still wondering about the version number for LSPDFR.dll (0.4.8 instead of 0.4.9) RagePluginHook_29062021_182137.log

Hi, I have installed 0.4.9 (7800) multiple times due to crashing when going on duty and noticed that the lspdfr.dll version says 0.4.8, (when I right clicked on it and went to properties then details), dont know if this would affect the game in any way but thought it should be mentioned. It does have the new apartment in the game so i suppose it is the 0.4.9

Found all Emergency original emergency vehicles in x64e but noticed that some (so far) appear in Patchdays. My question is: Do the Patchdays take priority in game over x64a to x64w? regards

I never play online at all, with any game, not just GTA. Anyway does it hurt to have autosave on or should i leave it off? Thanks

OfficerBenzo, Normal gameplay, in a clean folder nothing added, works fine. While waiting for other possible explanations I am going to remove the mods folder and create a new clean one to see if that works. Forgot to mention in OP, that i have an up to date game config for v2245 and heapadjuster with .ini and memory allocation set to 1999 (have tried different numbers in this, to no avail) as anything over 2000 will cause crashes. Is there a maximum number of vehicles you can add? Even though gameconfig mods say unlimited vehicles.

Hi, I launch rage, it brings up gta loading screen, then crashes to desktop. It does this whether I have vehicles installed or not, it did this with lspdfr048, and now also with lspdfr 049. I have tried verifying files as I have steam version of gtav, that said all was fine, I have tried with no plugins loading in rage, still crashes. Clean gtav plays ok. Will recheck meta files for any discrencies (again). What is annoying is it was working, lspdfr 048 with the added vehicles etc, the other day. Made a clean mods folder copied clean update to it and tried to play, but just the same. currently copying a working, clean gta to my gta with rage folder, copied clean gta files to my game and it works so it must havre been a bad meta file from my vehicle installs, but I am pretty sure i restored them when i removed my vehicles. My basic comp specs are: Aorus elite v2 motherboard amd 3400g processor 32GB ddr4 ram at 3200Mhz rtx 3060 12GB graphic card Have attached two logs Any help appreciated RagePluginHook with lspdfr.txt RagePluginHook without lspdfr.txt

Seen Plenty of skins and so few models, Looking for tow trucks to fill, TowTruck2 and TowTruck slots (medium and small) preferably with something other than a rope and hook. Any replies appreciated.

Question: Why are there so few tow truck vehicles to pick from? Skins, well there is tons of those for towing, but so few models. None of the few smaller tow truck models have a decent towing arm, just the rope and hook. Any replies appreciated

Hi, I have a few small problems, (Steam version GTAV) This is what I have installed regarding plugins. Grammar Police, all BejoIjo's plugins, Better EMS, Auto Panic, Auto Siren Cutout, OP Immersive Dispatch, Stop Aiming at Cops, Jurisdictions+ no.4, Attempted Crime Callouts. 1: When I goto the nearest police station, via the pause menu, LSPDFR tab, if the game starts me at home, I click go on duty but it does not show the "Devouring Donuts" etc or show that the plugins are loading. But, if I goto the police station, not teleporting, then it all goes as it should. 2: When I get into the game I can only access the pause menu once, after that all I get is a blurred background and an infinite loading circle, but i can press esc and go back into the game. When this happens I can only use task manager or alt F4 to close the game. This menu problem does not happen in GTAV normal game. I have tried re-installing LSPDFR, Rage, Scripthook, Plugins, and verifying game files. I play via keyboard and gamepad (xbox style) Any help is appreciated. Have attached latest Rage log.
