    Matty935 got a reaction from aGr8Name in LSPDFR BLOCKED PLUGINS! CAUSED GTA V TO FREEZE! When loading LSPDFR in game   
    Not sure if it will help but when you go to launch RagePluginHook right click it and click on Run As Administrator. I was having trouble getting LSPDFR to run too, but if I did that it seemed to work just fine. Hope it helps!
