Only the shirt is provided in the download file. Not the hat or vest. The pants used in the screenshots are already provided by EUP.

This pack includes the following Peds:

-Victoria Police Public Order Response Team (With armour) 
 
This pack is based off of Victoria Police (Australia), however due to ped restrictions is not 100% accurate. Some of these peds have previously been uploaded separately by me and have gotten updated to look more accurate since then.
