  15. Thanks. For a long time the SHP was called the Saskatchewan Highway Transport Patrol, were unarmed, and only enforced commercial vehicle infractions. Within the past couple of years, they gained increased authority to enforce all traffic infractions on highways, commercial or private. They also were armed as they are part of the rural response units, so for 911 calls in rural areas, if an SHP officer or Conservation Officer is closest to the call, they may respond first to help reduce police response times in remote rural areas. This is how their vehicles looked for a long time until they became the Saskatchewan Highway Patrol and changed things up

  22. No, I'm not that big of a developer. I just started learning to make vehicles years ago for myself and friends to use, because there were very little public nonels vehicles at the time. Every now and then when I make a bunch of vehicles I'll just release them for public to use too, if anyone wants them. Right now I have a few nonels Fire/EMT vehicles that will be out soon (7 vehicles). I think that video is already up on my YouTube but I havent put the pack together for public download yet, I'll do it within the next few days most likely And I'm in the middle of redoing a large nonels RCMP pack, half the vehicles currently done (probably be 16 vehicles in total, slick and lightbar). I'll probably have the first half uploaded within the next few days or week also. But these RCMP vehicles are styled on Saskatchewan RCMP, so they wont have the typical light setup seen in places like BC. The RCMP are consistently inconsistent across Canada with their light and equipment setups. And of course I plan on adding a Metro State motorcycle to this pack, which shouldnt take long to throw together, Im just trying to find 1 missing light piece atm. I would just also like to point out that what you all watched in that attached video isnt even me! Thats not my voice! I've ran a successful business for 10 years! I dont know if my employe... contractors did that, but I know for a fact that that is not even me!

  27. I guess I forgot to add it huh. I've updated the download links. Click the download this file button and there should be an additional option now to download just the F150 template, for anyone that wants it. Too large to post in these comments apparently.

16 fictional NonELS vehicles. 8 different vehicle models, each with a lightbar version and a slicktop version. Lighting equipment and flashing patterns is just something I threw together, not based on any particular real department. Same with the livery. All vehicles have wrap rambars, an Extra for cruise/patrol lights, an Extra for ALPRs, reflective liveries, and moveable spotlights (believe its usually 8 and 5 on numpad to move the spotlight but may vary depending on your key bindings). The vehicles do have a Canadian flag on them, however, that will be easy for anyone to change by just painting over that on the livery or replacing it with your countries flag. Its not part of the reflective so only needs to be changed on the main livery. Anyone with the smallest amount of livery knowledge should be able to do that easy enough. If you do not have knowledge of reflective liveries, I strongly advise not to change anything else on the liveries or reflective liveries as you may cause issues. (NVE used for lighting and graphics) Vehicles are released as is and were made for a server myself and some friends mess around on. I'm not a big fan of keeping vehicles private or locked away. If anyone else wants to use these vehicles in your servers, YT videos, convert to LSPDFR, etc. then you are more than welcome. Just do not upload this pack to any site and/or take credit for the pack. Vehicle will not be getting any future updates other than major bug fixes, if any found.
  29. Spawn names should be motor2 and motor3 (motor1 will be a motorbike of course, but has yet to be made)

2 styles of Chevy Tahoes that are used by the Saskatchewan Highway Patrol. Made for the FiveM/FivePD myself and other SK friends play on, figured I'd release vehicles for anyone else that wants to use them also. Both vehicles have reflective liveries, working takedown lights and bars, and both have Extra1 set up for cruise/patrol lights. NonELS lighting and ready to drop into FiveM servers. SHP seems to vary a little bit with their light setups, so itll be impossible to get these models 100% accurate to every SHP Tahoe, however, these should be extremely close to a large amount of their lighting setups. (I use NVE for graphics and lighting) Feel free to use these vehicles in your servers, convert them to LSPDFR if you want, just ensure proper credits are given for whatever you do, and do not reupload this pack to this site or any other site. Vehicles are released as is and wont be getting any further updates other than any major bug fixes, if any are found.

A couple of Metro State vehicles I quickly threw together to mess around with in our server once in a while. Non-els setup and ready for FiveM. I didnt spend too much time on these vehicles, so there will be a few minor bugs here and there, nothing game breaking at all, just some textures or no light mounts, etc. For vehicles that my server will only use once in a while very rarely to mess with the cops, the vehicles arent worth spending a lot of time on trying to make perfect. This is motor2 and motor3. These light setups are based mostly on Metro States YT video that includes a vehicle tour. I do plan on adding Motor1 in the near future, of course, however, for not it is just the Tahoe and Charger. Now your server can pretend to pretend! (NVE used for graphics and lights) Feel free to use these vehicles in your servers, convert them to LSPDFR if you want, just ensure proper credits are given for whatever you do, and do not reupload this pack to this site or any other site

  31. What was the issue that was causing this? I have a vehicle that is doing the same thing
  32. Hey. Cool, Swift Current is about 2/2.5 hours from Saskatoon also. We have RCMP here, hence the fictional SCPD vehicles
  33. That happened to me once when I was testing the vehicles, and then when I respawned the vehicle it worked fine. I wasnt able to get it to do that again so I couldnt really test why that was happening. Does it happen to you ever time? Thanks, I have some plans for other packs Yeah I could do that, its pretty simple. The only issue with that would be that the rambar wouldnt act as a solid object in game any more when its an extra on an ELS car, but thats a minor thing anyway I'm not too sure, when you spawn them in game do they show up properly?
  34. Thanks. I'm using EUP with the better vests, I just retextured some of the clothes myself to suit the RCMP uniforms
  35. Perfect. Good to hear
  36. I'm at work so I cant double check the ELS documents for the vehicles just yet, but check in those files under the sections that I believe is called acoronas. That should be what sets the flashing patterns and colours for headlights, taillights, etc. All of the vehicles will have a 1 for the headlights, which is what causes the headlights to flash in the pattern in the above videos. The motorcycle is the only vehicle that has the headlights set to 0 as it looks weird with that headlight flashing otherwise. Taillights may be set to 0. Change that to 1 and that should have ELS controlling the taillights. If that doesnt work, I'm thinking its because I have a modified carcol.meta in my game for a non-els version of this pack that I'm putting together. The Carvariation meta likely has the vehicles set to the modified carcol.meta sirens, which is why in my game the taillights flash as they running of the modified sirens and in yours theyre not. I'll have to double check that this evening.
  37. Thanks, appreciate it
