Here is my custom Service Strips decals I made to make your uniforms ranks to help standout.
Minimum Requirements:
1) RAGE Plugin Hook 0.37+
2) RAGENativeUI 1.8.1+
3) EUPMenu_Release_2_3_0_0
4) EUP Law & Order 8.3
4) (Optional but recommended) EUP Serve & Rescue 1.5

The design is under the mask of clothing items in EUP menu.

Please note you wont be able to have bodycam on your PED if you use the Service Strips.

installing & were to found;
After installing all EUP files
Step 1 - After installing all EUP files follow patch way as shown below to see were it placed on Openiv.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\
Step 2 - inside your download folder (Rank slides for EUP) Open the folder called eup_componentpeds.rpf
Step 3 - Drag and drop the hole contain of folder into Openiv
made sure you followed the patch way above.
