This is my newest modification. It contains both a ghost livery for the car and a new DLS config.

The DLS config brings in some heat with fast strobe patterns and totally different approach compared to the slow patterns usually found in GTA V.

Made a new DLS config for the unmarked Scout II - others will follow. The lighting is not typical LA slow lighting but more of a fast strobe pattern.
