This was requested by one of my members in my discord and I said why not And its done. The first stage of lighting is the 2 outside lights of the lightbar then 2 and 3 are the whole lightbar ad that is what Colorado state troopers use as there lights. The 14 charger livery will show for you in game but not me because I fixed it and I don't have time to go into game because I am uploading this and getting off. Anyways tell me how it turns out. Known Bugs
Glass on some vehicles doesn't break. This is a combination of the limited time I have to go through every detail and zmodeler 3 not being cooperative. Some LODs are probably screwed up. Somewhere. Somehow. If it doesn't impact game play all that much, I probably won't go through great lengths to fix it Sometimes R* editor likes to annoy its users with bugs in discoloration or weird physical issues with models. I apologize for this in advance. R* editor is annoying... Probably a load of other stuff I missed or forgot, but as long as the cars are still enjoyable.  
Disclaimer: These cars are EXTREMELY high poly, and may not be optimal for use on all gaming platforms (Basically, if you are running a potato hooked to a monitor, don't expect solid 60fps game play with these vehicles).

Here is the new 2018 Charger PPV that was recently released. I loved the way this model looked so I figured I would make a car out of it. I spent a long time making this car due to a bunch of errors so I hope you all enjoy it. Well, this was originally a private skin but after someone mentioned they would appreciate seeing this in game I just had to put this pack together. Mainly want to see some of their screenshots of these.   This is based off the Ottawa Police and as someone also mentioned it is very similar to the Phoenix police paint scheme. Either way, hopefully some of you out there will enjoy running this skin as well.  I know the Canada stuff is for a smaller audience but one I feel is sometimes neglected due to the fact that its small. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section.

Remember everyone, I base my skin packs off of base model templates NOT for any one specific vehicle pack. Because the templates don't really change, skins can be applied to basically any pack of your choice so long as the base models used are the same as the ones I have used. I do try to use the most common base models so they should cover the bulk of the vehicle packs available.

INSTALLATION:
1. Make backups!
2. Drag all files included in the "Models" folder into: gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/(LATEST PATCHDAY)/dlc.rpf/x64>levels/gtav/vehicles.rpf, using OpenIV in edit mode.
3. Drag the vehicles.meta included in the "vehicles.meta" folder into: gtav/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gtav, using OpenIV in edit mode.
4. Drag all VCF files in the "ELS VCFs" folder into Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default.

KNOWN BUGS:
-CVPI windshield does not shatter.
-Due to the slots they are in, policeold1 and policeold2 spawn in with matte paint. This can be fixed by manually changing the color of the car in your trainer.

I created my FHP forum post almost two years ago, I was very hesitant to release anything as I was in fear of a less than pleasant response to the models provided. I've put a lot of work into the accuracy to detail for these cars, they're about as accurate as I could possibly make them for a video game. After two years, I think a few of these are ready for release. If I receive a positive response then hey, maybe i'll throw out some Tahoes and CVPI's! Hopefully this pack may encourage a few of you to actually update ragehook and make your game playable again. Yes, I know. It's dreadful.
 
There are four dodge chargers included in this pack, they're more modern than they are older as most of them are 2016+.
 
I do have plans to add the newer all blue Code3 Pursuit Chargers as well as the older chargers with the previous gen. Javelin Lightbars. I don't have a timeline for when those will be added.

The newer vehicles feature some really interesting and new lighting setups. There is a Ghost/Stealth unit included that is fairly new and a really unique design. Enjoy!

Thank you for checking out my Los Santos PD skin pack based on the Greenwood Village, CO Police. This pack was born from requests for a "lore friendly" version of my previously released Greenwood Village Police skin pack. There are 3 folders within the .zip file, one with Colorado (GVT) license plates, one with California (CA EXEMPT) license plates and one with more lore friendly San Andreas (SA EXEMPT) license plates, pick your poison, all include pictures of each vehicle with that particular tag so you can pick the one you like best.
 
The links for the vehicles I used are included in the .txt incuded in this download. Just download the vehicle models using their respective download links and then swap out these skins in Open IV. Please do not re-upload as your own, they did take quite a bit of work. I strive to get the fonts, orientation and size of all decals and text as perfect as I can and I put lots of time to making my skins as accurate as possible.
 
 
Colorado folks, I have more Colorado skins on the way, including Denver, Englewood, Sheridan, Wesminster, Brighton, Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office, Littleton and many more... Stay Tuned.
