Information:
Los Santos Police Waterfront Commission (LSPWC) is a police division of Los Santos Port Authority Police. Founded in 1953, it's purpose was “for the purpose of eliminating various evils on the waterfront in the Port, the Harbour and the Beaches of Los Santos.” It was also originally used to combat labour racketeering that swept through the port in the 1940s and 1950s.
 
This pack contains:
2010 CVPI - Waterfront Commission Patrol Vehicle  
Features: 
• Full halogen light bar w/ inset LEDs
• Compatible with my other packs
• Optional 2k and 4k liveries
• Optional Coloured or Clear Light bars
 
The carcols.ymt and the carvariations files are necessary for the light bar to work properly. Full details can be found the ReadMe.
THIS CARCOLS IS FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH MY OTHER PACKS.

I'm aware that many UK police forces use the silver ASP baton rather than the original black ASP in the file. I have written permission from the model author to upload the retexture.
 
Features:

- Upon request in LCPDFR messages, I will create different colours of this.
