There is not enough Quebec Provincial Police Department stuff in my opinion on LSPDFR so I decide to start learning and doing cars my myself.

Move the files which are inside peds folder to
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday22ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\peds\patchday22ng.rpf
 
Move the files which are inside pedsprops folder to
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday22ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\peds\patchday22ng_p.rpf

NOT WORKING WITH 8.2 VERSION
(I will wait Alex_Ashfold release is last version of EUP to make news clothes)

Need this files before install textures

Move the folders which are inside eupcomponentpeds.rpf to
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf

Move the folders which are inside eup_componentpeds_p.rpf to
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds_p.rpf

Move plugins folder to
Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\EUP
