These Vics were made as realistic as I could get them with my limited access to the flash patterns and lighting setup RCMP uses.
I hope everyone can enjoy 3 RCMP vehicles I had not yet seen in the IV Community.
Please scroll to the bottom to see some resources I used so you can make a judgement on the realism. I am open to suggestions on how they can be more realistic.
Please keep in mind I have made these vehicles based off of the resources below and will not modify the vehicles to fit your local RCMP setup.
Included are the six files(WTD, WFT), a credits .txt file including install instructions, and an ELS file setup to have RCMP lighting I set the lightbars to work best with

Fderal Signal Vista lightbar released unlocked as I feel that I do not have the time to give this lightbar proper attention.

Please note that I have not scaled the lightbar properly and have left a few parts of the lightbar as default textures. What does this mean? You(the modder) will need to scale the lightbar accordingly as well as reassign the parts I have not assigned a material to.

Liberty City Police Department Crown Victoria PI

This is a CVPI I made per request of a friend.
This car features interior police equipment and a fairly large amount of lights.
This vehicle has a x2100 lightbar with an interior lightbar of the Pinnacle and Ultralight as well as HG2 Side Runners and license plate lights.

Hey guys, so I am bringing you guys my rendition of a fictional 2010 Ford Taurus Police Interceptor.

This car features a Whelen Freedom lightbar made by 00Stevo as well as various lights pulled off of unlocked models and released by Corleone.

Hello everyone!
Today I am releasing one of three CVPI's that I have been working on. These three CVPI's are my rendition of the Boston PD! Due to a lot of errors with the other models, I have decided to release this one as a stand alone model and will release the other two at a later date.
I have made this model with the hopes of it being as accurate as possible to the real BPD. Please let me know what I can do to make this model more accurate.


I would like to give a special thanks to Visible25 and DeluxeBrian for helping me make this vehicle as close to the real thing!
This model is multi-livery enabled. There are 4 liveries made by ScottLCPDYoung. If you are experiencing issues with changing the livery, make sure to enable liveries in your vehicle.ide and your trainer!

There is an els.txt file in this download, it is there to tell you what colors you should put for each ELS light in your ELS.ini. The file says to change all of your car files colors, please only change the vehicle slot you are placing this car in(Noose is standard slot)

Spark IV:

1. Click "Browse", or in the newer versions, click the GTA IV or EFLC button
2. Scroll down and click "cdimages"
3. Double Click "vehicles.img"
4. Find the vehicle you want to put the skin on
(MUST BE ONE OF THE VEHICLES THAT ARE LISTED ABOVE)
5. Click the .wtd file and click "Edit" at the top
6. Find and click the entry called "police_sign_1", "subu_sign_1", "chgr_sign_1" or similar
7. Click the Import Texture button at the top, find my texture and click "Open"

1. Run the program as Administrator
2. Click GTA IV, or EFLC
3. Click "Models"
4. Click "CDImages"

7. Say Yes to the prompt
8. Find the vehicle you want to put the skin on
(Must be one of the vehicles above)
9. Double Click on the .wtd file.

12. Find and click my texture

Hey All!
I am proud to present my skins of the Orange County Sheriff Department's vehicles.

Orange County is located just south of Los Angeles County and is home to the famous beach city of Huntington Beach, the famous surf break known as Tresles, and the famous reality show Orang County Housewives!

To ensure all of that goes well, the OCSD is around to enforce the laws!!


What Is Included:
I have included a Dodge Charger and Chevrolet Tahoe skins.

There are two Charger skins! One has very little writing and is realistic to their model and the other is titled unrealistic and has more SHERIFF writing and an EMERGENCY DIAL 911 text bar!!

The Tahoe is my favorite design for the skins! It is unrealistic(I can make a realistic one just put it in the comments) due to the same reason as the Charger.

Where Is The Crown Vic? :
Well, another member by the name of shadowhunter388 made a CVPI skin already, it is very accurate!! In the coming days, I will update this file with my own 2 versions(realistic and unrealistic) of the CVPI but until then, skin will due!!
What Is The Best Vehicle? :
For the charger, I recommend you use a Miami Police charger and edit your lightbar glass color so it matches the OCSD's lightbar.
For the Tahoe, there are two I can recommend, I either recommend PFC's Tahoe or one of BX-Bug's Tahoes.

NOTE:
DO NOT RE-UPLOAD THESE TO ANY OTHER SITES WITHOUT PERMISSION. DO NOT ALTER THESE SKINS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
BEWARE:
I noticed that with older Tahoe's, the skin doesnt match it :c. So, if you want it on an older model, let me know and I will convert it.

This is my first skin I have created and I am excited to share it with all of you :D


Using my imagination, I created a Traffic Enforcement Division texture for CVPI's and a DUI Enforcement Texture for 2010 and older Dodge Charger Models.


Criticism is welcome!! Please go easy since it is my first skin.

I use both exterior lightbar and slicktop units with these skins and if you would like the vehicle models I am using, PM me and I will give them to you privately.
